What is Your Intellipath Customer Portal?
Intellipath is a tool that allows customers to track their vehicle conversion from start to finish, giving unique insight into the process. This not only helps to build excitement as you await the arrival of your new vehicle, but it also helps to give you peace of mind that every stage in the process has been followed with care and attention.
With the Intellipath Customer Portal, you can keep track of your build from initial specification to final handover. You’ll also stay informed through all nine stages, with photos documenting the transformation so you can see the expert craftsmanship that has gone into your campervan build.
Why IntelliPath Was Created
Buying a new vehicle can be stressful at the best of times, but when it comes to converted vehicles, it can be even more daunting. With the Intellipath Customer Portal, we wanted to increase transparency and trust in the vehicle buying process.
When customers are no longer in the dark about what is happening to their vehicle, they can feel more confident in the finished product. It’s also an essential part of documenting the conversion work, which is a requirement for maintaining our Whole Vehicle Type Approval.

The Benefits of our Customer Portal
All customers will have access to the portal, which will document their custom vehicle build from start to finish. You’re sure to love this level of access, as it gives you peace of mind that the work is completed to the highest possible standard.
Documentation is also an essential part of the Whole Vehicle Type Approval certification. Keeping accurate records of work completed, who carried it out and how it was inspected is an essential part of ensuring that campervan conversions are safe and roadworthy.
Many of our customers also love to see the care and devotion that goes into every vehicle. We share photos of every stage in the process, so you can see your dream campervan taking shape.
What will the Customer Portal Show Me?
Every customer who chooses a custom build will have access to the Intellipath Customer Portal. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see which stage we are at with your campervan conversion. There are 9 stages:
- Specification confirmed – you’ll be able to see your chosen specifications so you know exactly what you’re getting. If you’ve forgotten something, you’ll easily be able to see this and let us know.
- Base vehicle check in – when your base vehicle is checked in, we’ll let you know and send you the initial photos.First fix – this is when the work begins, including stripping the van and installing the roof and windows.
- Interior fit out – at this stage, your custom vehicle begins to take shape.
- Cosmetic works – exterior cosmetic work begins, including bodywork paint and elements like spoilers and bumpers.
- Valet – after all build work is completed, we’ll give the van a thorough polish inside and out to ensure everything is up to our high standards.
- Quality check – this is when we carry out our final checks to ensure everything is safe, compliant and ready for adventure.
- Handover ready – we’ll let you know when your vehicle is ready for handover.
- Handover complete – after handover, we’ll send you important information about your warranty and any aftersales extras available to you.
At every stage in the journey, you’ll be able to see photos of the work we’re doing. This can help you to see your dream vehicle taking shape. We’ll also share essential details about your vehicle specification, which is useful information to keep for the future. If you decide to sell or upgrade your vehicle, you’ll have accurate records of all conversion work completed.
How to Access the Portal
You’ll be able to access your Intellipath Customer Portal once you begin a custom build with us. You’ll be able to log in to the portal, and we also send emails when your vehicle moves to the next stage, so you’ll never miss an update. A link to the portal will be included with every email.
If you are having trouble accessing your portal, or if you aren’t receiving email updates, please get in touch with our team to check on the status of your build. Emails can occasionally get caught in spam filters, so always check your junk folders.
When will I Receive Updates?
You’ll receive an email update every time we move your van into the next stage of the process. The email will let you know where we are in the process of converting your van and will also include a link to log in to your customer portal.
